At Laboratorios Bagó, integrity is a fundamental pillar.
Our Integrity Program is a set of actions, mechanisms, policies, and procedures designed to ensure that all our activities are always conducted in compliance with the law, as well as with our internal principles and standards of ethics, integrity, and transparency.
Purpose
To guarantee policies and procedures related to the organization’s business operations.
To prevent, detect, and correct any non-compliance.
To continuously train our teams on current policies, procedures, and standards.
To implement an internal mechanism for reporting suspicious or inappropriate activities, in order to enable timely investigation and resolution.
To ensure continuous improvement through appropriate corrective measures.
To implement a mechanism to assess the effectiveness of the elements of the Integrity Program.
Key Actions
Our Integrity Program is divided into three levels of action: prevent, detect, and respond.
Prevent
We implement effective measures such as risk management, clear internal policies, and comprehensive training programs for all our employees.
Detect
We have the Canal Magenta (Reporting Channel) and internal investigations to identify and resolve any misconduct fairly.
Respond
We act with unequivocal responses and clear consequences regarding misconduct, eliminating weaknesses in our processes to prevent its recurrence.
Elements
The Integrity Program is composed of different elements that allow us to foster a culture of corporate integrity.
