08 May Merco Talento Ranking: Laboratorios Bagó, leader of the pharmaceutical industry
Laboratorios Bagó obtained the first position of the pharmaceutical industry in the “Merco Talento” ranking (La Nación Newspaper – 21/12/16) due to being an attractive company to work in, to talent luring and to its well-accredited reputation as an employer.
This ranking distinguishes companies according to the assessment of specialists in the issue on three variables encompassing various aspects of the company. First, “labor quality” assessing professional development, motivation and recognition and the quality of interpersonal relations; second, “employer trademark”, assessing if the company is admired for its values, management and results, and if it is a company of interest to attract talent in the labor and educational spheres, and also recommended by individuals with experience; third, “in-house reputation”, it contemplates the ethic and professional values of the company, development opportunities and the pride in being part of the company.
These company features are assessed by corporate executives, professionals, members of business schools graduate associations, experts in HHRR and students, among other.
