To do so, the User must send an email to datospersonales@bago.com.ar, providing their full name, ID number, the request, and the reasons for exercising this right. Once the above requirements are met and if the request is deemed valid, Laboratorios Bagó will inform the User whether the request has been granted or denied. Laboratorios Bagó will have 10 (ten) calendar days from receipt of the request to respond in the case of an access request, and 5 (five) business days if the User requests rectification, updating, or deletion of their data. The AAIP, the regulatory body overseeing the PDPL, has the authority to handle complaints and claims related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
